The Tabularium Sande (Latin: “the Record Office of Sandus”) is the public repository for all official state records, Council minutes, and laws and policies of the State of Sandus.

Laws:
The laws of the State of Sandus are comprised of antiquated laws, known as antiqué laws, and the most recent decrees issued by the Sôgmô, known as sagamorial decrees. Antiqué laws were published from 2011 to 2012, whereas sagamorial decrees have been published since 2011. Stylistic differences differentiate the two: whereas antiqué laws are written in a formal style with articles and sections, sagamorial decrees are written as a string of resolutions and decisions made. Finally, not all actions or policies of the State of Sandus are written in laws and decrees, as some are taken as simple actions and decisions under the prerogative of the Sôgmô.

Policies:
As stated above, not all policies and actions taken by the Sôgmô are announced in laws or in decrees. Some policies are simply acted upon and become a part of the State of Sandus’s unwritten catalogue of policies. From cultural and tradition-building policies to policies for LGBTQ+ activism and ending societal systems of oppression, the State of Sandus has dozens of policies that the government works on in one way or another. Some policies are motivated by Sandus’s national philosophy or by the State of Sandus’s political tenets, whereas some stand as completely unique.
