The First Intercalary Session of the Council in the Administrative Year 2017 lasted from 29 December 2016 to 12 January 2017.
The Council decided to apply for observer membership in the Grand Unified Micronational.
This was the second month of Facilitator Hatsu Ryuho’s three-month term.
