There were no decisions.
During this month, a new election for facilitator was called by the Sôgmô. There were no candidates opposing the willing incumbent facilitator, Hatsu Ryuho. Therefore, Hatsu has been elected by acclamation. The following session will be the first month of his three-month long term.
