The Fourth Session of the Council in the Administrative Year 2015 lasted from 4 April to 3 May 2015.
The Council has changed its rules to elect a facilitator for three sessions; that motions must have at least one “I assent” response; and, that the proposer of a motion is authorised to solicit support for their motion.
The Council has approved Sections 2a, 2b, 2d, and 3 of the 2015 Plan for Economic Development.
The Sôgmô in the Council has stressed the role of the cultural development and cultural production as the key product of the State of Sandus and has argued that it should supercede economic production and economic advancement.
