The Fourth Session of the Council in the Administrative Year 2016 lasted from 23 March to 22 April 2016.
The Council has decided to approach the leadership of the MicroComintern in response to their offer of membership.
The Council has authorised Bee Rodgers Albina to act as representative of the State of Sandus to the new Micronational Comintern to garner more information and, pending an approval by the Council, to proceed with negotiations to join the organisation.
The Council has decided on the name of a new weekly news program from Channum Unum: Caerus Populi, or “the Opportunity of the People.”
This was the second month of Facilitator Adam von Friedeck’s three-month term.
