Decisions of the Eighth Session of the Council in 2016

The Eighth Session of the Council in the Administrative Year 2016 lasted from 19 July to 18 August 2016.

The Council decided not to apply for GUM observership.
The Council decided to approve the Sôgmô’s Constitution Project (Section 7 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the Gens System (Section 2 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the Simplification of the Anthropological Polity policy (Section 3 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the provisions concerning the Ultimate Question (Section 5 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the plan for the New, Coherent Citizenship Law (Section 6 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the Relaxation of Activation Energy, or the Decentralisation of Sagamorial Functions policy (Section 4 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift), except the provision detailing the establishment of a ministry of the Gendarmerie (part of 4.C).

This was the second month of Facilitator Bee Rodger Albina’s three-month term.
