The Council decided to approve the Gens System (Section 2 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the Simplification of the Anthropological Polity policy (Section 3 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the provisions concerning the Ultimate Question (Section 5 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the plan for the New, Coherent Citizenship Law (Section 6 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift).
The Council decided to approve the Relaxation of Activation Energy, or the Decentralisation of Sagamorial Functions policy (Section 4 of the Philia Plan for the Major Societal Shift), except the provision detailing the establishment of a ministry of the Gendarmerie (part of 4.C).
