The First Session of the Council in the administrative year 2015 lasted from 4 January to 2 February.
The Council has begun a media project under Akhil Indurti for Sandum citizens to share their written media.
The Council has decided that it will be chaired by a Facilitator who shall facilitate discussion in the Council and begin a session’s agenda; the term is for one month and there are no term limits.
The Council has elected Sôgmô C. Sörgel Publicola to the Facilitatorship for the First and Second Sessions of the Council.
The Council has approved a Treaty of Mutual Recognition and Diplomatic Relations between the Principality of Aigues-Mortes and the State of Sandus.
