CCE approves the Sôgmô’s proposal, new economic powers

The Commission for the Command Economy concluded its first meeting yesterday and affirmed the Sôgmô’s proposed economic developments with a few alterations thanks to the help of the Party Secretary, Adam von Friedeck. The changes affect cooperatives and workers in Sandus, establish a national budget, and found a state bank in Sandus. The proposals were passed unanimously on consensus by the Commission, comprised of the Sôgmô, the Party Secretary, and the Minister for Diplomatic Affairs.

The first proposal concerned workers in Sandus, also known as “functionaries” in the new economic chain of command in Sandus. The Sôgmô noted that significant changes had been made to Sandum workers and that the way in which Sandus employs workers for the cooperatives must be reformed to give workers salaries of 8¶c per annum.
