The Fifth Session of the Council in the Administrative Year 2016 lasted from 22 April to 21 May 2016.
The Council has decided on a logo for Caerus Populi, although the project has fallen inactive.
The Council has heard the response from the leadership of the MicroComintern.
This was the third month of Facilitator Adam von Friedeck’s three-month term.
