Le Sôgmô Gaius Sörgel Publicola a signé la Traité d’Alcatraz (2015) pour l’Environnement, une traité envisagée à la conference PoliNations en la République Libre d’Alcatraz cet été passé. Cette traité particulière suit la traité des participants de PoliNations : Olivier l’Empereur d’Angyalistan, Jean-Pierre le Prince d’Aigues-Mortes, Carolyn la Reine de Ladonie, et les officiaux d’Alcatraz. Elle établit que les parties signataires, comme le Sandus, protègent l’environnement, conservent l’eau, achètent les produits locaux — car la coûte écologique de transport —, sauvent l’Antarctique pour la science, et réduisent les déchets.
Après la Charte de l’OMF, la traité est deuxième accord fit par l’OMF jeune, une organisation établie en l’été passé mais qui était une idée plus âgée par quelques mois. La traité sera signée par Dominic DeSaintes-Bellemare de St.-Castin en les semaines prochaines, avant qu’elle sera envoyée vers le Padrhom en Europe.
La traité se mettra en force quand elle va arriver en Padrhom, quand M. Vichat la rendra au gouvernement alcatrazien.

The Sôgmô Gaius Sörgel Publicola has signed the Treaty of Alcatraz (2015) for the Environment, a treaty envisioned at the PoliNations conference in the Free Republic of Alcatraz this past summer. This particular treaty follows the treaty signed by the participants of the conference: Emperor Olivier of Angyalistan, Prince Jean-Pierre of Aigues-Mortes, Queen Carolyn of Ladonia, and the officials of Alcatraz. It establishes that the signatory parties, like Sandus, should protect the environment, conserve water, buy local products — due to the ecological cost of transport —, save the Antarctic for science, and reduce waste.
After the Charter of the OMF, the treaty is the second agreement made by the young OMF, an organisation established in the past summer but which was an older idea by several months. The treaty will be signed by Dominic DeSaintes-Bellemare of St.-Castin in the coming weeks, before it will be sent back to Padrhom in Europe.
The treaty will be set in force when it will arrive in Padrhom, when M. Vichat will submit it to the Alcatraz government.
