The Office of the Sôgmô has announced the creation of a new media organ in Sandus. A radio station tentatively called Radio Patria has been created by the Office of the Sôgmô and represents Sandus’s very first radio station in existence, though Sandus has existed as a country since Maio MMIX (May 2009).

The new radio station will issue new broadcasts irregularly and at least once a month. Broadcasts will include major news in Sandus, popular Sandum music, interviews and other opinion shows focusing on the development of the Sandum State. Special holiday broadcasts may be released, focusing on festivities, festive music, and stories of the traditions for those holidays; special reports may follow important Sandum events, such as the Armilustrium, CCPS Party Congresses, and Equinoxes and Solstices. The name Radio Patria signifies the radio’s coverage of all Sandum national affairs, as patria is translated literally as “fatherland”. The radio will broadcast in the three national languages of Sandus — English, French, and Sancta — though broadcasting will particularly take place in English. Radio broadcasts will be shared through YouTube and Soundcloud.
