Ave, Sandum Citizens!
The Office of the Sôgmô has announced tonight a new policy pertaining to the work of the Central People’s Government throughout the Gregorian weeks. Though administrative activity is performed according to Sancta weeks, it has been observed that less work is done during the Gregorian weeks. In an effort to restore the Government and People of Sandus to activity throughout both the Gregorian and Sancta weeks, the Office of the Sôgmô has established a new policy for office hours.
A minimum of five hours per week is required for each Gregorian week. A minimum of three hours in the evening is required, whereas the other two hours can be done in the morning or afternoon. Although each week may see different office hours, one-hour intervals between 20:00 and 22:00 SLT on all weekday evenings, 08:00 and 10:00 SLT on Wednesday mornings, and 14:00 and 15:00 SLT on Friday afternoons will be the appropriate times for official business of the Office of the Sôgmô and for completing policy projections. More time can, of course, be done by the Office of the Sôgmô — especially on the weekends — but these hours are a minimum for continuing activity in Sandus.
Office hours will help the Government and People in general work towards completing the policy projections established on each Sancta week’s A day (I, IX, XVII, XXV; 1, 9, 17, 25). All office hours shall be fluid, but they will be published by policy projections.
