Ave, Sandum Citizens!
We have raised awareness for Sandum values, beliefs, and culture by several sets of notes.
We have done research on implementing a better consensus-based government system based on a council.
We have exposed a grave injustice done to our State by the administration of the GUM.
We have received a new, professionally made Sandum flag.
We have done more work on preparing for the Secession and for the New Year.
We have done research on the sovkhozy and kolkhozy of the Soviet Union.
We have pursued the Union State idea further with Renasian and Austenasian representatives.
We have attempted to reinvigorate the spirit of our citizens.
In the upcoming week,
We shall meet with the Party Secretary to consider a direct democratic council to advise the Sôgmô in all necessary decisions which will meet once a month to advise the Sôgmô, file petitions to the Office of the Sôgmô, and see to it that policy and law is applied.
We shall study bureaucracies and civil services, seek the Secretary’s advice on work units, and see what policies can be created or devolved from the Office of the Sôgmô.
We shall publish three graphics on the effective structure of the government, the route of policy implementation of government, and the structure of government should such a council be created.
We shall work to actively redefine the Sandum government from an elected absolute monarchy to a presidential socialist republic, stress why both definitions are both are acceptable, and explain our usage of “monarchy” as a term.
We shall assess what Sandus can do in the next Gregorian year in terms of the 2015 economic goal and publish it to a report.
We shall make effective policy projections for the news few months from the draft-email and publish them.
We shall create posters for le Secessio and the New Year, prepare the holiday cards, and work on the concerts.
We shall see what programs Sandus can endorse to increase volunteer work (float idea with citizens, Party Secretary).
We shall further express the Philosophy of our State by graphics, literature, and art.
We shall lay forth work on these objectives from today, le Dixa-Septa A Decembro MMXII, to the 24th, le Dua-Dixa-Quatra H Decembro MMXII, and draft another projection for the following week of 8-days on the 25th of December, le Dua-Dixa-Cinqua A Decembro MMXII.
