Sôgmô elevates Sôgmô & Party Flag

Ave, Sandum Citizens!

Under my direction as Sovereign of the Most Honourable Order of the Throne of Sandus, acting thereby as the font of honour within our State, I hereby elevate the Sôgmô’s personal flag and the Citizens’ Communist Party flag to be just under the State Flag. All other flags shall be on the next lower level.

The Flags’ precedence should they be flown together. Note that the State Flag is always the highest and most elevated and the Sôgmô’s Flag and the CCPS’s Flag take the next tier. The third and last level is for any other flag.

Furthermore, this Office will work to create a flag to better represent the Collegio Sacerdae.
