Ave, Sandum Citizens!
As Sôgmô of our State, as well as being the Sovereign of the Most Honourable Order of the Throne of Sandus, this Office is obligated that each solstice and equinox we should bestow upon a particular individual of great importance to our State the distinction of the Most Honourable Order of the Throne of Sandus. Indeed the individual this Office has the esteemed honour of bestowing the first position of Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Throne of Sandus to is an individual who has been an ally and friend of Sandus for years. His constant respect and friendship to our State is one which is both appreciated and commendable by all institutions and citizens of our State. Through times of great difficulty and hostility for our State, he has always shown his support for our State in all of its capacities. He has planned with our State concerning the economic goal of 2015 that both of our States share and he has shown an interest on behalf of his state in becoming a member of Sandus’ citizenship as a socilivo state.
Therefore, it is both my personal and official pleasure to bestow upon M. Jacob Tierney of the Free State of Renasia the status of Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Throne of Sandus and shall be hereunto known as M. Jacob Tierney COTS. Congratulations!
